Your Proof of Completion certificate will be issued and e-mailed to you within 48 hours after you finish the course.
The Secretary of State’s office requires that you be informed of the following:
A Proof of Completion certificate must be provided to you within 10 calendar days, we email it within 2 days, of completing the course and providing all of the necessary documentation (e.g., declaration of completion, identification, payment). If you submit an inquiry regarding the status of your Proof of Completion certificate, a detailed written response shall be provided to you within 10 calendar days. The written response shall indicate, at a minimum, whether a Proof of Completion certificate has been issued (if one has been issued) or why a Proof of Completion certificate has not been issued (if none has been issued).
We will not ask for or collect your Social Security Number.
